Privacy notice

The short version. The only personal data this website collects is an email address, given voluntarily so we can tell you once when our free scanner is live. We don’t sell it, we don’t add you to a newsletter, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@re-iq.io.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; UK GDPR does not require us to. Data protection questions go to the address above and are handled by a director.
2. What we collect, and why

We do not collect special category data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. What we will and won’t send you
If you sign up for the scanner notification, you will get one email, when the scanner is live. That is the whole commitment. We will not add you to a newsletter, put you into a sales sequence, or pass your address to anyone else for marketing.
If you later become a customer or start a trial, we will tell you separately what we do with your data at that point — this notice does not cover the ReIQ product itself.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Google states that it does not use Google Fonts requests to build advertising profiles.
5. Who else handles your data
We use a small number of service providers, who process personal data on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts and delivers this website, and keeps short-lived server logs.
- Formspree, Inc. — receives the email address you submit through the form and passes it to us.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) — stores our mailbox and delivers the notification email.
We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own purposes. We would only disclose it if we were legally required to.
6. Where your data is held
Our providers may store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard under Article 46 UK GDPR — ordinarily the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for details of the safeguard that applies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until the earlier of: you asking us to delete it; 30 days after we send the scanner notification; or 24 months from the date you gave it, if the scanner has not launched by then. Server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful and then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- be told what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time — that doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Email privacy@re-iq.io and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
9. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first — we’d rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time:

10. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your email address, we’ll tell you.
